Foligno, Cathedral of  St. Feliciano, the façade: detail of the entrance door and the romanesque rose. The central portal, work of the masters Rodolfo and Binello, shows a solar disk in the lunette, in which there is the inscription with the date 1201, the year of completion of the facade; in the inner façade of the jambs there are then the reliefs with the Emperor Otto IV of Brunswick and Pope Innocent III, while the inner circle of the arch is decorated by the symbols of the evangelists and the Signs of the zodiac; in the outer circle a band of cosmatesque mosaics. The carved wooden portal was made in 1620.
