Gaudenzio Ferrari

Works by Gaudenzio Ferrari, Renaissance painter and sculptor particularly active in Lombardy and Piedmont, and one of the greatest members of Italian art in the XVI century: the frescoes of the Church of S. Maria delle Grazie in Varallo Sesia, of the Church of S. Cristoforo in Vercelli, of the Sanctuary of the Beata Vergine dei Miracoli in Saronno with its wonderful group of angels playing music.
