Padua, Palazzo della Ragione : the "Salone" (about 80 meters long and 27 meters wide)  is covered by a wooden structure almost 40 meters high. The wooden horse was donated to the City by the family Capodilista  in 1837. The horse had been made for a tournament in 1466. The frescoes were painted by John Miretto and by an unknown artist from Ferrara in the first half of the fifteenth century . The themes are the Zodiac, the trades of the year. There are also frescoes about religious themes.
